We offer free shipping worldwide when making a purchase. If your order is damaged during transport, Provokko must be contacted within 30 days from receiving the order, to be eligible for a refund. The time of delivery is between 3-16 days depending on the destination.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to return your products within 30 days of receiving them, regardless of the reason for doing so. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are free for orders placed by Swedish customers. To return a product within Sweden, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return it.
If you order from outside of Sweden, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your order, please send an email to email@example.com and explain your reason for returning it. To complete your return, we require a receipt, an order number or other proof of purchase.
RETURN CONTROL PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To change your order to another model, please send an email to email@example.com and specify which model you would like to return and which one to receive. The shipping back will be paid by us (applicable for orders outside of Sweden as well).
